We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next available business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there will be a significant delay.

3. Shipping Method and Delivery Estimates

We offer Standard Shipping within the UK, and all shipments are processed through Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we only ship within the UK, no additional customs fees or import taxes will apply.

6. Damages

Leo's Poké Vault uses Royal Mail as our preferred carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, when contacting us to report damage please provide images of the damaged product.
